Podcast Host, Lifelong Fan

Jake’s passion for the Green Bay Packers was inherited from his father, a lifelong fan who witnessed each of the team's four Super Bowl victories. Through triumphs and difficult stretches—like the challenging 1980s—his father’s unwavering loyalty to the Packers was passed down to Jake. From an early age, it was clear that Jake was destined to follow in his father’s footsteps as a devoted Packers fan. Growing up in a Chicago suburb, Jake’s allegiance to the Packers set him apart, surrounded by friends who were avid Chicago Bears fans. Despite the local rivalry, Jake stayed true to his roots. His first vivid memory, he proudly recalls, was watching the 2007 NFC Championship game, a difficult loss for the Packers but a key moment in his lifelong love for the team. Throughout his life as a Packers fan, Jake has experienced the highs, such as the joy of witnessing Super Bowl 45, and the lows, including multiple heartbreaking playoff losses. He eagerly awaits his turn on the Packers season ticket holder list, a coveted spot he hopes to secure for himself and future generations of Packers fans in the Lehmann family. Becoming a Packers Shareholder was one of Jake’s proudest moments—a day when he officially became part of the team he holds so dear. Jake's connection to football runs deep. Having played the sport since the age of seven, he brings valuable insight to his analysis of the game, which he is excited to share through his writing. A tradition of watching Packers games with his father has continued throughout their lives, even while Jake served in the Marine Corps. No matter where he was stationed, he made sure to FaceTime his dad so they could watch every game together. In Jake's words, "Lambeau Field is my Heaven on Earth," and his passion for the Packers is as strong as ever.
