After serving a one-week suspension for conduct deemed "detrimental" to the team, Romeo Doubs delivered an impressive performance with 49 receiving yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s game against the Cardinals. Despite not starting or being targeted in the first two drives, Doubs made a significant impact with two determined touchdown receptions.

Doubs had missed the previous week’s game against the Rams due to disciplinary action after skipping two practices and failing to notify the team of his absence. The team located him only after sending someone to check in at his residence. Doubs later explained that he was dealing with personal mental challenges and expressed regret over how he handled the situation, stating, “I had some things going on mentally” and that he wished he had “handled things differently.” He denied speculation that his absence was related to dissatisfaction with his role in the offense and now appears to be regaining his rhythm.

Doubs’ standout performance was followed by a post-game interview where he expressed his desire to move forward, stating, “I’m just ready to be a ballplayer, try to move past whatever has happened, and get back to our winning culture like Green Bay has always been."
